R.E.A.D READ
I am reading…not let me change that…I am trying to read the book “beU” by Mary Mary. I don’t really like to read but this book is really good. The reason why it is taking me so long is bcuz reading is not for me. I am really trying to work on reading more. I guess this will be a start. We’ll see

Goals!!!
OMyGeee!!!
I am about to start school…again. I am somwhat excited but it’s kinda bittersweet. I was talking to Agent 42r9m daughter on yestherday and even tho she is a child, she made some really good points. She told me that if I don’t find a husband real soon and have kids, I will be lonley living with a bunch of cats…or dogs. I am a single black 27 year old woman. I am in school and I work for a really good company. I am happy when it comes to work and school…THANK GOD FOR THAT! But I am not happy when it comes to my priorities. I’m so out of wack with what I really need to do with my life. I do not want to be lonely so if I don’t get my act together, I will be lonely. So what I did was wrote down some goals that I want to do to better myself:
1. GO TO CHURCH! I tend to not get up and serve God like I’m suppose too. I know that I’m a sinner and It’s sometimes get in the way of me going to church…I often feel like it’s not worth me going because all I’m going to do anyway is not come the next Sunday. I need to change and God is the only force that can come into my world and change all the bad
2. Take trip or two…
3. Try to stay in a positive state of mind.
4. Be happy
5. Stay organized. Mental and Physical; I will try to write down EVERYTHING.
6. Go to work and school on time and no missing unnessary days
7. Stop taking short cuts and Stop being LAZY. I tend to suffer with this thing called procrastination. I always wait til the last min. to do anything. This has got to end.
8. Go to bed by 1 a.m. everynight.
9. Do not eat late. When I get home after working, I always want to eat something so this too has to end. If I eat anything it has to be some fruit.
This will be hard but I can do it…
1. Cook more and Eat healthy
2. DO NOT GIVE UP! No matter how bad of a day I am having, I should never give up on myself.
3. Workout! #DoIt I can work out 4 times a week.
a. Friday mornings before work
b. Saturday mornings before work
c. Sunday evenings if I go to the gym the times will be 1-6
d. & anytime on Monday. I get out of class at 3:45 so I can go right before I have to pick up Samia.
4. Clean up my car, home mind and body. There is no excuse for mess. I need to also work hard with this.
5. PRAY!! I don’t know how to pray…sometimes I get overwhamed with my own emotions and ignore the fact that prayer conquers all.
6. Stop telling all my business to everybody
7. Read the bible more. Take time out of my busy sch. to talk to God and read & understand his word.
8. Stop cussing
9. SAVE SAVE SAVE!! I often want to buy shoes and cute lil outfits and stuff. I need money to do that. Yes I do have the ends to pay my bills but I also waste a lot of money on junk that I don’t have anything to show from. I am going to set myself up on a $75 a week allowance.
These are just a few of the things that I would like to work on in order to love myself even more. Before I can let anyone love me, I have to love myself. I’m not saying that I don’t love myself…I’m just saying that I don’t love myself enough. I want my sister to look up to me as a great person. I want her to know that I truly love her even tho I’m a bit too hard on her. By loving me, I can love my future husband…
UGH!!!
Don’t you just hate when someone act like they are not that into you but, yet instill they lead you on to think that they are….

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and when to eat.
What is the correct way of eating fruits?
IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! * FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.
If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.
FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.
In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil....
